On June 2, 2001, Mr. Caffi was presented an award for his efforts to build girls’ fastpitch softball in Vienna. Mr. Caffi threw the first pitch to Morgan Marr who was the catcher at home plate. Mr. Caffi, the 12U Shamrocks and 12U Vienna Stars posed for a picture prior to the semi-final round.
