Location:� Casperkill Country Club

Entry fee:� $350.00 per team (non-refundable)

�������������������� Teams must be AFA registered

�������������������� Six game guarantee (weather permitting)

Deadline:�� April 1, 2003

�������������������� On a first come first paid basis

 

Rules:������� AFA Rules

*12U pitching distance 40�

�������������������� 12 run rule after 3 � - 4 innings

�������������������� 8 run rule after 4 � - 5 innings

�������������������� No new inning will start after 1� hours

�������������������� Bracket games can end in a tie

�������������������� International tiebreaker after 7 innings (time permitting)

Format:���� Friday will be 3 bracket games

Followed by a seeded three game elimination bracket Saturday & Sunday

Hotel:��������� All traveling teams should contact the Official Housing Agency, The THS Company, for their rooming arrangements. Links and info are available on www.neafa.com and www.brewsterrockets.org

 

Rosters:��� Rosters, copy of birth certificates, proof of insurance, Insurance: AFA membership, to be submitted prior to first game
